Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns. Unopened parts in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email sales@coretransmissionparts.com with your order number to receive a return authorization (RA) and the return address before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.
Opened or used parts. If a part has been opened or fitted and you are returning it because the wrong part was ordered for your application, it is still returnable within the same 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. The part must be complete, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all hardware and instructions. Return shipping on a wrong-part order is paid by the customer.
Fitment is the buyer's to confirm. Every listing names one engine application. Check your engine code, generation and year against the listing before you order, and ask us first if you are unsure — we would rather answer a question than process a return. A part returned because it was ordered for the wrong application falls under the restocking fee above. If we described a part incorrectly, the return costs you nothing.
Non-returnable. Parts damaged by installation or misuse; parts showing tool marks, heat damage or wear beyond test-fitting; special-order stroker rotating assemblies and balanced assemblies; custom or special-order camshaft grinds; cut-to-length or machined items; cylinder heads that have been machined; opened fluids, sealants and chemicals.
Damaged or incorrect items. Inspect your order on arrival. Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the part, and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies per brand. Send your order number, the part number and photos to sales@coretransmissionparts.com to start a claim; we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Refund timing. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned part is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it.
Cancellations. Orders are reviewed before payment is captured; you may cancel at no charge any time before the order ships by emailing us with your order number.
