By ordering from Core Powertrain Parts you agree to these terms.
Fitment and use. Product listings describe one engine application. You are responsible for confirming fitment for your engine, generation and year. Performance parts may affect emissions compliance, warranty coverage and street legality; you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Items designated for off-road or racing use only are sold solely for that use.
Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit orders, including for pricing errors, availability or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.
Order review. Orders are authorized at checkout and reviewed before capture. We may contact you to verify an order before it ships.
Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Installation. We recommend installation by a qualified technician. Core Powertrain Parts is not responsible for labor, consequential damage or loss arising from installation, use or misuse of a part.
Warranty. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only. No other warranty, express or implied, is given.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
Content. Site content, guides and images are the property of Core Parts Group LLC or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Technical guides are provided for information only.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pickaway County, Ohio.
Core Powertrain Parts is a DBA of Core Parts Group LLC, an Ohio company.
