Shipping Policy
Free shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more shipped to the contiguous United States.
All other orders ship with calculated shipping: the rate is computed at checkout from the real weight of the parts in your cart and your destination address, so you pay the carrier's actual cost and nothing more. Express options are offered on most in-stock items.
Heavy and oversized items — assembled cylinder heads, short blocks, crankshafts, engine stands and similar — ship LTL freight. Freight is quoted at checkout where possible or by request before the order ships; these items are excluded from the free-shipping threshold.
Processing. Orders are reviewed before payment is captured. In-stock parts ship within 1–2 business days after review. Special-order and drop-ship items ship from the supplier and may take longer; we tell you the expected timing on your order confirmation.
Tracking is emailed the moment the order ships.
Ship-to. We ship within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may carry additional freight; contact us before ordering heavy items. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or damaged in transit. Report it within 5 days of the carrier's delivery date and we will file the claim and replace or refund.
