Shipping Policy
Free shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more shipped to the lower 48 states (Washington DC and military APO/FPO addresses included). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are not eligible for free shipping; shipping for those destinations is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is our Free Standard service, which arrives in 2–8 business days — we choose the carrier and pick the most economical way to get it to you. Faster services are available on every order, and are priced at the carrier's calculated rate whether or not your order qualifies for free shipping.
All other orders ship with calculated shipping. At checkout you will see live USPS and UPS rates — Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air — each computed from the real weight of the parts in your cart and your destination address. Every rate shown includes a $1.50 handling charge that covers packing materials and safe preparation of the part; there are no other add-ons. Pick the speed you want and you pay that carrier's rate.
Heavy and oversized items — assembled cylinder heads, short blocks, crankshafts, engine stands and similar — ship LTL freight. Freight is quoted at checkout where possible or by request before the order ships; these items are excluded from the free-shipping threshold.
Processing. Orders are reviewed before payment is captured. In-stock parts ship within 1–2 business days after review. Special-order and drop-ship items ship from the supplier and may take longer; we tell you the expected timing on your order confirmation.
Tracking is emailed the moment the order ships.
Ship-to. We ship within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may carry additional freight; contact us before ordering heavy items. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or damaged in transit. Report it within 5 days of the carrier's delivery date and we will file the claim and replace or refund.
