Two notes that matter more than the table.

What else to do while you're in there
This is the section that changes the total, and the rule behind it is worth stating plainly: on this engine the access is the expensive part, so a part's real cost is its price plus the teardown you would need to fit it later. A valve cover gasket fitted during the injector job is a consumable. The same gasket fitted six months later is most of a day.
