Mopar 440 Big Block Harmonic Balancer 1966-1978 Speedmaster PCE291.1067
Speedmaster harmonic balancer for the Mopar 440 Big Block (1966-1978). Listed for one application: Mopar 440 Big Block engines, 1966-1978, in Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler applications. Confirm your engine code and year against this listing before ordering.
What it does
The balancer damps crankshaft torsional vibration and drives the accessories. A separated or wobbling balancer throws the belt, wears the front seal and can snap a crank snout. A new balancer (with the correct install bolt) restores smooth, true belt drive.
